Het runnen van een webshop waarbij de marges laag zijn heeft tot gevolg dat je je verzendkosten goed moet berekenen.
Veel webshops maken zich het makkelijk door een standaard verzendtarief in rekening te brengen. Dit is niets meer dan een gemiddelde van alle verzendkosten. Dit kan tot gevolg hebben dat u voor de bestelling van een aansteker van 1,50 euro een verzendtarief van 5,50 euro betaalt. Dit lijkt ons niet de juiste manier.
Verzendkosten zijn niet alleen afhankelijk van het gewicht van uw order maar ook van de vraag of uw bestelling door de brievenbus past.
Onze verzend- en administratiekosten voor Nederland en België zijn als volgt opgebouwd:

LET OP!!! Bovenstaande verzend-en administratiekosten zijn alleen van toepassing wanneer uw bestelling door de brievenbus past. Is dit niet het geval dan berekent het systeem automatisch 7,95 euro aan verzend- en administratiekosten.
In veel gevallen is het dus verstandig om meerdere items tegelijk te bestellen omdat u hiermee bespaart op uw verzendkosten....

Manipulate the shipment costs
When you're running a webshop with low margins you have to make sure you calculate your shipment costs correctly.
Many webshop make it easy on themselves by charging a fixed rate for all orders. This fixed rate normally is an average amount of shipment costs for all orders. This could mean that you have to pay up to 5,50 euro for an item that only costs you 1,50 euro. That's not the right way of doing business in our opinion.
Shipment costs don't only depend on the weight of your package. The costs also depend on the country you live in and the fact if your package fits in your mailbox.
Our handling- and shipment costs for Belgium and Holland are:

PLEASE NOTE: the above mentioned shipment costs will be charged when your order fits the size of your mailbox. When your package doesn't fit the size of your mailbox your package will be delivered by a transport company. For these situations our system automatically charges 7,95 euro handling- and shipment costs.
Therefor it can be wise to order multiple items from our shop at once to save handling- and shipment costs...
